Krissy S.

Owner, Nature Lover, Foodie, and Artist

Krissy guides classes that are well balanced, fun, and most of all focused on self exploration, breath-body-connection, and moving well with softness. When not teaching yoga you can find her working in hospitality, slinging drinks and serving at a local restaurant. In her off time she enjoys connecting with nature, spending time with her cat Sweet Baby Nugget, and playing a variety of different games. She has a bachelors degree in studio arts and is hopelessly addicted to sparkling soda water.

Hi, I’m Krissy Schulke.

I’ve been actively practicing yoga for 10 years and guiding for the last 4 now and it has truly been a transformative experience for me. Yoga provided me with a safe space to be myself, to not care what others thought of me, and to meet myself where I was at with love and compassion. This started my journey to wellness and with the support of my teachers, I made the choice to shift away from my current profession into one more centered on individual wholeness. I want to give back to others in more meaningful ways and promote healing in a world that I think desperately needs it.

I passionately want to create space for all experiences, all bodies, all neurotypes, and foster an air of welcome inclusivity for wellness. Yoga can be healing, it can be fun, and I would love to share my practice with you! At the end of the day, it isn’t selfish to take care of ourselves. How can we fill the cup of others if our own is empty?

With deep gratitude, I thank you for showing up and meeting yourself where you’re at today.
