Or just new to Bend? Either way, here’s a guide to help you get going.
Step 1: Claim your intro offer.
Try 4 weeks of unlimited yoga and meditation for just $40. Enjoy as many classes as you want and find out whats works for you. If you like it, you’ll have built a habit. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to cancel or unsubscribe from anything.
But we think you’ll like it.
We pride ourselves on warmly welcoming folks into our space. Setting you at ease is our goal. When you arrive, we’ll give you the lay of the land: how to store your stuff, where to find the bathroom, fill your water bottle, etc. Bring your own yoga mat or rent one of ours.
Step 2: Book your classes.
We have classes morning, noon and night, 7 days a week. There’s 20 minute meditation sessions and yoga classes are 45, 60 or 90 minutes. You can see our schedule for several weeks at a time, and you can count on us to be here ready to start—and end—class on time.
We truly mean it when we say that all levels are welcome in all classes. If you’d like to start slow, any class with “Stretch”, “Slow”, or “Restorative” in the title is a good choice. Classes with the word “Power” or “Flow” in the title move a bit faster. But you’re always welcome to go at your own pace and move—or rest—in whatever ways are best for you.
